Ontario PNP Latest Draw in 2023
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) holds regular selection rounds where eligible candidates from the Express Entry pool are chosen to apply for a provincial nomination for permanent residency in Ontario, Canada.
During an Ontario PNP draw, candidates who have submitted an Express Entry profile and meet the eligibility criteria for one of Ontario’s immigration streams, such as the Human Capital Priorities Stream or the French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream, may receive an invitation to apply for provincial nomination.
The Ontario PNP draw takes place on a monthly basis, but both the number of invitations and the minimum required Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score may fluctuate depending on the province’s labor market demands and other influencing factors. Those who receive a Notification of Interest (NOI) to apply have 45 days to submit a complete application for provincial nomination.

Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) - Ontario PNP
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) facilitates the nomination of foreign workers, international students, and entrepreneurs for permanent residency in Ontario, Canada.
The OINP encompasses various streams tailored to specific candidate groups, each with its own eligibility requirements. These streams include the Human Capital Priorities Stream, the French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream, the Skilled Trades Stream, the Employer Job Offer Category, the Entrepreneur Stream, and the Corporate Stream
To begin the application process for OINP, candidates must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) and satisfy the eligibility criteria of one of the OINP streams. Those meeting the eligibility standards and possessing a competitive Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score may receive an invitation to apply for provincial nomination in one of the OINP draws.
Once nominated by the OINP, candidates can proceed to apply for permanent residency to the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). However, it is important to understand that receiving a nomination from the OINP does not guarantee permanent residency, as the final decision lies with IRCC.
