Quebec Latest Draw Invites 1433 Candidates On 24 August 2023, the Quebec province of Canada held the Arrima Immigration Draw and issued a total of 1,000 invitations to apply for a provincial nomination for a Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) Visa. This was the second Arrima draw of this month and the 12th draw this year overall.

On August 24th, the Arrima Draw selection criteria were applied to send out invitations to candidates. These invitations were extended to individuals who met specific qualifications:
1. French Language Proficiency: Candidates needed to demonstrate a minimum French language proficiency of CLB 7 in the oral aspect or a higher level. This proficiency level is assessed according to the Québec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants or its equivalent.
2. Occupation Requirement: Additionally, candidates’ occupations had to be listed in the National Occupational Classification (NOC). The specific NOC codes or job titles that met this criterion were considered for an invitation.
