Quebec Latest Draw Invites 1433 Candidates On 24 August 2023, the Quebec province of Canada held the Arrima Immigration Draw and issued a total of 1,000 invitations to apply for a provincial nomination for a Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) Visa. This was the second Arrima draw of this month and the 12th draw this year overall.
